Goulash!! Yummy!! This is a Food Lion recipe that i loved! try it!!
one pound ground beef
4 fresh garlic cloves
half a tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 lb elbow macaroni, dry
32 1/4 canned tomato condensed soup..do not add water!
a tablespoon of Ev olive oil
a small onion
mince your garlic and onion, saute in the hot oil, just until there soft
add your beef and brown it, draining is optional, (draining makes it low fat)
cook your macaroni while the beef is browning..check your pasta to get your noodles to be the texture that you like..
Before the noodles are done, you add the tomato cans to the ground beef and sauteed onions and garlic mix, stir and add the black pepper and salt, when all the beef and vegetables are mixed together add the noodles.. stir and enjoy...but ......
Add a little bit of Parmesan cheese or shredded cheese to the casserole on top, in the (low) broiler for 5 min (or just till bubbling and brown), let settle and enjoy.!!
